Babbi Gabel

Babbi has been specializing in single-family luxury real estate and high-end luxury condos for more than 30 years. She has over 15 years of experience working with one of the valley’s leading luxury home builders where she consulted in the planning, layout and design of several new home projects. She has sold more than 1,600 homes throughout the valley in some of the most premier master planned communities. Babbi holds both designations of Scottsdale Area Expert and Certified Resort & Second Home Specialist. Babbi has an in-depth understanding of the Phoenix Metropolitan housing market. Babbi is regularly asked to speak on various panels throughout the valley. A combination of concierge level of service, expert negotiation skills, and a passion for what she does has helped her clients achieve their goals. She is one of the leading agents in AZ, with a sales volume surpassing $700M in her 32 year career. Originally from Lake Forest, Ill, Babbi relocated to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona where she studied Business & Marketing. Her husband Barry is a native of Paradise Valley and is also in the real estate industry specializing in investment sales with CBRE. Together they have two beautiful children. In her free time, Babbi enjoys golfing at the Arizona Country Club, philanthropic work with the Boys Team Charity, National Charity League, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, The Warner & Shirley Gabel Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix, and Collen’s Dream Foundation.

Her husband, Rick Phillips, a NY transplant, has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur. Residing in Phoenix for the past 20 years, he currently owns and operates; the Valley’s iconic Mercbar, as well as a culinary festival production company. They spend their free time traveling with their daughter, Gemma. Angela is also a connoisseur of all things food and wine.

Amy has a passion for the desert including hiking CamelbackMountain, the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and anything yoga.Oh and tacos!
Anne Lanker

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience to the profession of

residential real estate in the Valley of the Sun. She is proud to be a second

generation Arizonan and has been a licensed agent selling and leasing new

homes, resale residences, land, and commercial projects since 2003.

Through the years, Anne has sold more than 400-million dollars in luxury

real estate and her role as Director of Sales at Montelucia in Paradise

Valley provided invaluable experience in providing concierge service to

many esteemed luxury buyers worldwide.

Anne’s career has also focused on serving top tier companies with officers

relocating to the state of Arizona, partnering with top corporate clients like

PetSmart, American Express, Salt River Project and more. Recently, she

was awarded the leasing contract for The Bergen, a $55 million dollar

luxury apartment community in the highly anticipated Arcadia area RED

Development project, “The Grove”.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Pepperdine University,

Anne fine-tuned her listening skills as an Emmy-award winning television

news reporter and anchor in Denver, Miami, Phoenix and more.

Interviewing and listening skills serve Anne’s buyers and sellers daily. Her

proudest achievement is being a mother to three grown children and

watching them forge their own paths in this amazing country. After two

decades of success in this industry, Anne humbly and genuinely cares for

her clients and works passionately to ensure she can serve them with the

Arizona has always been the place I call home. I grew up in Scottsdale, attended Horizon High School and graduated from Arizona State University. Professionally, I have been an active, licensed Realtor since 1992.
 
My real estate career includes working with new home sales, management of new home sales and acting as the Designated Broker for a local home builder. My extensive portfolio of home sales is comprised of high-end, luxury homes, bank owned properties, and everything in between. Flipping homes has also become a passion of mine. I am able to utilize my discerning eye for design and see a remodel from vision through completion.

Honesty, integrity and diligence are qualities that I strongly believe in, both personally and professionally. Philanthropy has always been a passion of mine and I am a big believer in giving back to the community. I’m an active volunteer and ambassador for Childhelp, a non-profit charity aiding victims of child abuse and neglect. I serve as an Arizona State Advisory board member and as an advisor for the Childhelp Wings Phoenix Chapter, where I previously held the position of Chapter President for two consecutive years. Through my activism in Childhelp Wings, I lead, support, and participate in fundraising, community service and awareness events benefiting the organization.
 
I am married to my wonderful husband John, and along with John came his two beautiful children, Ashleigh and John Charles. Being a stepmom has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to watch them grow into amazing young adults who are now pursuing their own dreams.

Laura is married to Luke Dye who has spent most of his life building and designing golf courses around the globe. They have three children, Emily, Luke and Thomas. Laura is a member of The Desert Foundation Auxiliary, a local organization that honors and presents young ladies to the community at the Annual Desert Ball.  Luke is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds the host organization for the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. Laura and Luke enjoy helping support local charities like Homeward Bound, St. Vincent DePaul, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Special Olympics, and Nuestro Pequenos Hermanos.
 
In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, cooking, playing golf, spending time with friends, and listening to any and all live music.
Lisa Kay

Lisa Kay, a valley native, acquired her real estate license over 30 years ago after her return to Scottsdale from San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from USD. Lisa's early career trajectory included diverse roles that ultimately shaped her expertise in the field of marketing luxury homes and design consulting.

 

Before immersing herself in real estate, Lisa honed her skills in various capacities. Initially, she secured an entry-level position at a local film and video production company after college. At just 24 years old, she quickly ascended to the role of Vice President, overseeing public relations, media buying, script editing, and talent coordination. Her transition to assistant producer/editor for television commercials and national public service announcements further enriched her skill set.

 

In her subsequent role at Action Performance Companies, which designed and marketed licensed motorsports products related to NASCAR, NHRA and other top racing categories, Lisa headed the Marketing, Public Relations, Media Buying, and Graphic Design departments of the company. After taking the company public on NASDAQ and then the NYSE, they gained prominence as "The Franklin Mint of Auto Racing." Lisa's prowess as Relationship Manager and Editor-in-Chief of the racing collectibles magazine showcased her ability to engage with top industry figures such as Dale Earnhardt and Mario Andretti, fostering invaluable connections within the motorsports realm.

 

Despite her success in corporate environments, Lisa's passion still remained for both real estate and design. In 2004, she transitioned her focus to the luxury home market, drawing upon her extensive marketing background and design experience. Today, Lisa's dedication to her clients continues to drive her success. Her corporate experience and understanding of the real estate and design landscape further enhance her expertise. She operates mainly in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and Cabo San Lucas, offering a comprehensive suite of services encompassing sales, luxury villa rentals, concierge management and interior design

In her role as Client Care Liaison and Marketing Manager for the Gabel Phillips Group, Megan provides a targeted approach to digital marketing needs for each property transaction. Her expertise in digital trends guides the strategic exposure of the brokerage from social media posts to SEO targeting.  An innovative leader with a passion for relationship-focused client transactions, Megan will be the Gabel Phillips Group’s right hand in every step of closing a property.
